New Student Enrollment Procedures

Online RegistrationOnline Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year. Listed below is information on how to enroll. Any questions/concerns please contact the school office or 559-925-2619.

To register for Transitional Kindergarten your child must be 5 years old between September 2, 2024 and June 2, 2025. Transitional Kindergarten is a two (2) year program.

To register for Kindergarten your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024.

First Step: Pre-Registration

Pre-Registration is the first step in enrolling your student in the Central Union School District.

Completing this form will take approximately five (5) minutes and will require basic information about your student, including birth date and address. Once complete, you will receive an email from Central Union School District (powered by InfoSnap) outlining the second step in the enrollment process. If you have not received an email within 2 days make sure to check your spam filter. If the email cannot be located, please call 559-925-2619 or email [email protected].

Step 2 - Online Registration

Second Step: Online Registration

Within 2 school days of submitting your pre-registration you will receive an email from Central Union School District containing a “snapcode link” to the online registration form. This form will take you approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.

To complete the online registration form you will need the following information:

~Your child’s previous school information to include school name, address and phone number.
~Emergency contacts: names and contact numbers other than parent/guardian that live in the local area.
~Health information to be provided confidentially to the school nurse.
~If applicable, Individual Education Plan (IEP), 504, custodial documents, etc.

Third Step: Document Verification

Once you submit the online registration form and if you were unable to attach the required documents to your online submission please bring the following items to the School Office:

~Shot Records
~Documentation of Age/Grade - please see AR5111 for acceptable documents
~Verification of Residence or Employment - please see AR5111.1for acceptable documents
~Custodial/Court records, if applicable
~Previous school student record, current/active, if applicable
~504, if applicable
~Individual Education Plan (IEP), if applicable

Once you have submitted your online registration form as well as the required documents you will receive communication from the school site confirming your child(ren)’s enrollment.
