Davinder Sidhu, Ed.D. - "Making all decisions based on the best interest of all students."

Dr. Sidhu is a first generation university graduate in her family. This is her 29th year in public education, and she currently serves as the assistant superintendent of educational services with Central USD. She began her career in education, teaching with Kerman USD in 1993, joined Fresno USD as a teacher in 1996, and served there for 22 years, teaching grades 3-6. In Fresno USD, Dr. Sidhu carried out duties as a teacher, vice-principal in elementary school, program manager in elementary and middle school, and served as the principal of Wishon Elementary for 9 years. Dr. Sidhu also worked at the district office in Fresno USD for three years as a principal on special assignment under the supervision of the instructional superintendents, committed to aligning resources and providing support for 21 schools. Prior to Central USD, Dr. Sidhu served as the assistant superintendent with Selma USD.

Dr. Sidhu graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in business. She graduated from Fresno Pacific University in 2002 with a Masters in Administration in Educational Services, and graduated from Alliant International University, Fresno in 2006 with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.

Loretta Black

BlackMrs. Black began her career as an educator with Visalia Unified School District in 1996 teaching kindergarten through second grade students. After nine years, she transitioned back to her hometown of Lemoore and continued teaching and later serving as an administrator for Lemoore Union Elementary School District. Most recently, Mrs. Black had the honor of leading RJ Neutra School as principal for the 2020-2021 school year. This year marks her first year as Coordinator of Student Services for the Central Union School District. She is excited to be working for the students, families, and school communities of CUSD.

Mrs. Black graduated from California State University, Fresno with a BA in Liberal Studies. She earned her Master's Degree and Administrative Services Credential from California State University, Bakersfield.

Mrs. Black resides in Lemoore with her husband, Bill, and has two children; Lauren and Jacob.

Cindee Rael

RaelMrs. Rael joined the Central School District team in 1993 as an eighth grade science teacher. She brought with her teaching experience in 6th grade, developmental kindergarten and on the college level. While in CUSD, she has also served as a first grade teacher and site assistant principal. Mrs. Rael has been on staff on 3 of the 4 campuses in the district.

Cindee has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts, a Masters Elementary Education, and her Educational Specialists Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

As Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction, she is involved in assessment, analyzing data, monitoring programs, and plans.

Mrs. Rael has worked extensively with at-risk students throughout her career. She is committed to all students achieving their full potential. She believes this is possible when academic standards are set high, quality staff provide a supportive learning environment, and parents and community provide strong support. Her desire is to assist students, parents and staff in working together for student success.
